skinless&boneless white fish

salt

beer

potatoes

Pat dry the fish with paper towals.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into finger-sized pieces.

Sift twice the flour, the BP, and the salt together.

Add the cold beer to 4 and then whisk it.

Leave the batter in the fridge whilst frying the potatoes.

Fry the potatoes until they turn golden.

Remove the batter from the fridge.

Then,dredge the fish with flour (Not included in recipe).

Fry the fish until it turns golden.

I usually add onions reducing the usage of potatoes.

Before frying the fish,dredge it with flour to allow it to be well coated with the batter.

I used to have this 3 times a week whilst staying overseas. I used to eat it with a slice of bread rather than chips.
