ちゃあはん (Fried Rice)
Description
Vegetable fried Rice.
材料
Cooked Rice (cold)
enough for 2 people
Onion
1
Carrot
1
Mushrooms
4 or 5 large
sugar snap peas (or frozen peas)
100g
Chilli Pepper
1 (small)
Garlic
1 clove
Soy Sauce
4 tablespoons
みりん (mirin)
1 tablespoon
Cooking oil
1 tablespoon.

Lightly whisk the eggs together.

Heat oil in a pan and cook whisked eggs on low heat.

When egg is cooked remove from pan.

Chop all vegetables.

Finely chop chilli and garlic

Start by frying garlic and chilli for 1 minute.

Add onion and carrot. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add all other vegetables and cook for 3 minutes.

Add rice and half soy sauce and cook.

keep adding soy sauce to taste and fry until cooked (5 mins)
