Happy Birthday, Mom!! Here's how you make Oyakodon ♥(。→v←。)♥

材料 (For 2 people)

Chicken thigh (cut into small pieces)
150 g
★ Soy sauce
2 t
★ Sake
1 T
Rice
2 portions (360 g)
Egg (roughly whisked)
4
Onion (Sliced)
1/4
Trefoil or Parsley
1 t
☆ Sobatsuyu
50 g (50 cc)
☆ Water
250 g (250 cc)
☆ Soy sauce
25 g (1.5 T)
☆ Sugar
15 g (1.5 T)

作り方

    【Preparation】
    Mix the chicken with ★started items.

    In a small pan, put the chicken, onion, and ☆starred items.

    cook and stir over medium heat until the chicken is cooked.

    Add the eggs. Reduce head and allow to steam for 5 minutes.

    Top each bowl with 1/2 of the chicken and egg mixture.
