Easy Tomato Hot Pot with Lots of Melting Cheese

I think it'll be tasty whatever ingredients you use.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 grams Chicken thighs
  2. 1 pack Wiener sausages
  3. 1/2 Cabbage
  4. 1 head Broccoli
  5. 1 packet Enoki mushrooms
  6. 1 Carrot
  7. 2 can ◎ Canned whole tomatoes
  8. 800 ml ◎Water
  9. 2 tsp ◎Soup stock granules (Consomme bouillon powder)
  10. 30 ml ◎Red wine
  11. 3 tbsp ◎Tomato ketchup
  12. 1 tbsp ◎Salt
  13. 1 ◎Black pepper
  14. 2 tbsp Olive oil
  15. 2 clove Garlic
  16. 1 Shredded meltable cheese
  17. 1 Pasta

Cooking Instructions

    Put the olive oil in an earthenware pot, add the garlic, and fry until it is aromatic.

    Add the chicken and fry until browned.

  3. 3

    Add the ingredients marked ◎ and make a soup. Taste, and adjust the amounts of seasoning to your liking.

    When it has come to the boil, add the ingredients in order, starting with the carrots which take a while to cook through.

    When everything is cooked through, add the cheese and top with basil to finish.

    We usually add pasta in at the end, but you can add rice to make a risotto and it'll be tasty.
