I thought about my kids who love chicken. If you use shichimi togarashi (Japanese red chili pepper mix) or hot sesame oil it will go really good with beer You won't be able to resist, make no mistake about it!

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 grams Chicken meat
  2. 2 Japanese leek
  3. 1 packet Bunapi-shimeji mushrooms
  4. 1 packet Bean sprouts
  5. 200 grams Shirataki (konnyaku noodles)
  6. 1 block Tofu
  7. 1 1/2 liter Water
  8. 4 tbsp ◎ Chicken soup stock granules
  9. 2 tsp ◎ Salt
  10. 4 tbsp ◎ Ground sesame seeds
  11. 1 tbsp ◎ Grated garlic
  12. 1 1/2 tbsp ◎ Grated ginger
  13. 2 tbsp Sesame oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the ingredients into a size of your liking.

    Put all the ◎ ingredients (except for the ground sesame seeds) into an earthenware pot. Boil them along with the chicken and shirataki konnyaku noodles.

    Once it starts to boil put all the remaining vegetables into the pot.

    Once everything has been fully cooked put the tofu and ground sesame into the pot. Now it's ready to eat.

    Add in Chinese style noodles, your kids will love it.

    Note: For adults use a lot of soup and add extra ground sesame and cut scallions. Adding shichimi spice or hot sesame oil gives it the most amazing flavor.
